Welcome to Sunset Rose Yoga Inc.'s website. Our site is an invitation to all who want to learn about the practice of yoga and all its benefits. Sunset Rose Yoga specializes in yoga for non-pretzel people. Our teacher, Sarala welcomes everyone to her practice. You may come to one of her classes or you may practice at home with her video.
Our MissionOur mission is to introduce all people, no matter what age, body type or health condition to the practice of yoga. Our philosophy is that everybody can do yoga. Yoga is not just for the young and slender. It is for all people. To live a life of peace and harmony one needs an avenue of stress relief and that avenue is yoga.
Company ProfileSunset Rose Yoga offers classes (private and group) in the tranquil Tampa area of Wesley Chapel and New Tampa. Sunset Rose's instructor, Sarala Howe has practiced yoga for over 30 years. She was trained and certified by the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda and Master Instructor Yogi Hari. Sarala has been teaching since 1996. She has created and produced her own yoga video. Sarala's classes are based upon the students in attendance. Her experience allows her to observe and assist her students in the postures so that students my receive the most benefit from each asana (sanskrit for posture). Sarala Howe is registered with Yoga Alliance for 500 hours. She is a member of California Yoga Teachers Association and soon to be a member of Suncoast Teachers Association. Students leave Sarala's class in a totally relaxed state and with a new awareness of what it is really like to be at peace within. After viewing Sarala's video Carol Dickman, creator or Seated Yoga states "I am feeling your loving kindness, grace and experience as a teacher after just watching your video and am truly under your beautiful spell ... How fortunate your students are." Sarala's goal is to bring yoga to as many people as she possibly can so that the benefits of yoga can be shared. Yoga is truly a gift for each of us and a gift that we should share with all.
